As a Freelance New Business & RevOps Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our founder with various tasks related to sales enablement and new business development. This is a short-term role with flexible hours, approximately 10-20 hours per month.
Role Description:
As a Freelance New Business & RevOps Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our founder with various tasks related to sales enablement and new business development. This is a short-term role with flexible hours, approximately 10-20 hours per month.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning up and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system.
- Perform weekly lead scoring and ensure seamless integration with Clearbit and Crunchbase data.
- Support the founder with sales enablement activities, including follow-ups, list development, and direct outreach to potential clients.
- Assist in coordinating activities for the founder who will be attending multiple conferences this month.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or in sales enablement and business development.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and experience in working with its features. Comfortable working in GPT-4. Strong communication skills, and experienced in crafting client-ready communications, followups, email, and research/insights
- Nice to have: HTML/CSS and/or design skills for updating and customizing website pages and theme modules.
- Familiarity with creating custom modules in HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Director, Growth & Analytics
We’re looking to grow our core team with a brilliant Analytics Director to help our clients be MOST Wanted by growing their brands with purpose, integrity and influence.
In this role, you’ll creatively think through ways of working with data to uncover insights that will fuel strategy and business impact. We’re looking for someone with a broad set of skills who loves to play with datasets and tell stories with metrics. We want to empower you to be as proactive, accountable, and responsive as possible to clients, to make marketing (and marketers) better.
How you’ll do that:
- Understand the client's business, and develop innovative approaches to address their questions, shore up weak points, and identify growth opportunities
- Lead analytics projects from start to finish including survey design/fielding/analysis
- Identify optimizations for continued performance growth based on multiple data inputs, including social and web analytics dashboards
- Report on project results, and translate them into actionable insights and client recommendations
- Present deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs.
- Showcase subject matter expertise in domains such as brand health, web analytics, ecommerce and CRM
Our dream person will have:
- 6-8+ years of experience in quantitative research, brand valuation, media & social analytics, ecommerce growth, or CRM disciplines and applied knowledge of commonly used advertising technology
- Cut their teeth in the media, finance, data science/analytics, or product marketing worlds
- Proficiency creating and analyzing quantitative research, including brand health
- Experience with web and social analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Digital Marketing Suite
- Familiarity with SPSS and SQL, ideally
- Familiarity with qualitative or mixed research methods
- Data visualization skills to contribute to client facing materials
- A self-starter attitude, and ability to identify opportunities and execute upon them with guidance from leadership.
- A natural ability to partner energetically with creatives, clients, brand strategists and media strategists on behalf on the brands

How you’ll do that:
- Provide thought partnership and facilitate team collaboration
- Participate in pitches to help win business from new and existing clients
- Own the client relationships and act as the client lead and primary driver of growth in the relationship
- Drive the development of clients’ brand strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to grow brand value
- Quarterback your teams and ensure that work is produced efficiently and effectively
- Know how to get the best out of your team, how to get the various resources working well together, and how to create opportunities for all team members to grow their skills
- Manage, produce, integrate, and deliver the highest quality end-product
- Build your skills in financial project management and owning an engagement’s P&L

Our dream person will have:
- 2-3 years of experience at a Senior Strategist/Associate Director level at a brand consultancy, advertising/marketing agency, management consultancy, or client-side brand role
- Sufficient experience across all fundamental aspects of brand strategy to take the lead shaping the strategic thinking on a project, and building trust with a client
- Proficient in all core elements of brand strategy including brand positioning, brand purpose, brand architecture, go to market strategy, brand planning
- Experience with verbal identity, messaging, naming, brand architecture projects
- Experience managing and overseeing qualitative and quantitative research projects including managing external vendors, discussion guide development, research plan development and analysis of research findings outputs into actionable recommendations
- Comfort thinking creatively to help your clients and teams see new perspectives
